Translate Transition Board direction into actionable City requirements, including service delivery expectations and operational implications
Develop and maintain a City-focused transition roadmap, including key milestones leading to January 1, 2028
Identify and document readiness requirements, dependencies, and constraints across systems, staffing, and operations
Establish and monitor readiness frameworks and validation criteria to ensure preparedness for transfer
Identify, assess, and elevate risks to the City’s future assumption of operations, including financial, operational,

and reputational risks
Coordinate cross-functional planning across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Planning, Communications, and Facilities
Support development of implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Provide ongoing updates, analysis, and advisory support to senior leadership

Lead a comprehensive review of collections, assets, and current operations at Historic Bovaird House
Develop and oversee implementation of a collections management and rationalization strategy, including retention, deaccessioning, and transfer
Establish or refine collections management standards, documentation practices, and risk mitigation protocols
Develop recommendations for the future role, function, and positioning of Bovaird House within the Museums & Collections portfolio
Align site operations and programming with the future integrated service model
Oversee development of an interim programming and operating approach during the transition period
Ensure collections and curatorial decisions support long-term exhibition, programming, and public engagement outcomes.

Develop costed operating models, including staffing requirements, budget forecasts, and infrastructure needs
Define future-state workflows, procedures, and service delivery standards across all sites and functions
