SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Head Caretaker, with indirect Supervision by the Maintenance Manager for the assigned sector, the incumbent is responsible for performing and assisting in the general duties pertaining to janitorial, custodial cleaning. The Custodian performs essential custodial maintenance duties to ensure clean, protected, and orderly environments. This includes routine cleaning, maintenance of custodial equipment, and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.

Position is considered a roving/ rotational position within the department and any of the assigned facilities we maintain. The incumbent will be required to transfer to other facilities within the Sector hired into to meet operational needs when the need may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

OR

2 years' experience





Relevant education beyond high school may substitute for experience.
