Become a key player with Securitas Canada Limited as a full-time Security Scheduler in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee scheduling, maintain site coverage, and support operational issues from 4 PM to midnight, Monday to Friday.

In this temporary role covering maternity leave from October 2026 to October 2027, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain guard schedules efficiently. Communication with District Management, Supervisors, and Security Guards will be crucial to ensure smooth operations and effective responses to emergencies, call-offs, and absences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guard schedules and site coverage at all times
• Serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries




• Communicate with clients and Securitas personnel via email
• Track time off requests and respond to urgent staff needs
• Document qualifications and coordinate in office training

Requirements:
• High school or College Diploma
• 1-2 years of scheduling experience in security
• Detail-oriented with strong planning skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
