You will assess client needs, deliver therapeutic nursing services, and evaluate outcomes while managing cases and developing care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic nursing services in home environments

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with active or eligible CRNA registration
• Two years recent nursing experience or refresher program
• Robust communication and assessment skills
• BCLS-HCP certification required
• Capability to lift and carry medical equipment
