Shape the future of young snowboarders at Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, BC. We are seeking enthusiastic CASI Level 1+ instructors for part-time, in office roles starting this winter season.

Join the Big White Ski & Board School team as a Kids Snowboard Instructor, committing to multiple weekends and holidays from December to April. You should have experience working with children and preferably hold dual certifications in skiing and snowboarding. Your role will focus on safe, engaging lessons for kids aged 4 to 12, along with essential problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging ski lessons per CASI methodology
• Develop lessons to foster a fun, safe ambiance
• Evaluate participants and maintain achievement records




• Ensure safety for guests and colleagues at all times
• Communicate openly with fellow Big White staff

Requirements:
• Minimum CSIA Level 1 certification preferred
• Experience with children in organized settings
• Relevant current certifications and references required
• Capability to lift and carry equipment while skiing
• Consent to criminal record checks as per company policy
