As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and deliver quality nursing services aligned with provincial standards. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, conducting resident assessments, implementing care plans, providing direct nursing care, and managing medications in accordance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate resident assessments and maintain documentation
• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers




• Provide direct nursing care and educate residents and families
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with physicians

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in BC
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
