Amico Corporation in Richmond Hill, Ontario is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our medical manufacturing workplace. The candidate will provide hands-on IT support across AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and network services to ensure staff have reliable access to critical systems.
Responsibilities include PC/device setup, Windows Server 2022/2025 and Windows 10/11 support, VPN/LAN/Wi‑Fi management, and ERP system support (SAP, BV, Spire).
