Join the team as a Maintenance Workman, Class II, providing essential support to all schools in the ETSB territory from Magog, Quebec. Your focus will be on cleanliness and equipment upkeep across educational facilities.

This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of buildings and grounds, working under the guidance of supervisory staff. You will engage in both physical upkeep and the preventive maintenance of equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for students. Flexibility in work hours from 6 AM to 11 PM will be required, with a commitment of 38.75 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleanliness tasks including sweeping and mopping
• Wash and maintain floors, walls, and water fixtures




• Report breakdowns identified during maintenance work
• Replace light bulbs and clean vents and diffusers
• Assist qualified workers with heavy materials and repairs

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Capable of physical tasks
• Experience in a similar role is an asset
• Must travel across ETSB schools
