Your expertise in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing will be essential as you liaise with physicians and the healthcare team, ensuring that residents receive comprehensive care. Your contributions will help shape the quality of care delivered in a home-like atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in accordance with qualified standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and external partners
• Direct Personal Support Workers effectively




• Participate in shift reports and resident status updates
• Implement AgeCare policies and procedures in your unit

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Knowledge of relevant health care legislation
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
