As a Security Supervisor on one of our commercial sites, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a energetic environment.

Responsibilities for Shift Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards

Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team





Ensure all security guardsfollow and stay updated on instructions

Issue and manage access cards

Complete daily reports and incident reports

Enforce site protocol and site cards as required

All other related duties

Qualifications for Shift Supervisor

Be authorized to work in Canada

This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.

Excellent leadership skills

1-3 number of years of experience in security and team management

First aid certification is an asset

Hold a valid security license
