Who We’re Looking For:

Volkswagen training is an asset (earn more with brand experience)

Pride in workmanship with consistent flat‑rate performance

Strong diagnostic, repair,



and problem‑solving skills

Commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions

Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Strong communication skills and positive teamwork mindset

Compensation:
Flat Rate$40-$45 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards

Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards

Follow Volkswagen repair procedures and warranty guidelines

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Support a customer‑first service experience through consistent, quality workmanship
