In this full time role, you will manage the employee life cycle with a focus on EllisDon values and employee experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, and Onboarding while driving recruitment efforts. You’ll also tackle complex employee relations issues and analyze HR metrics to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle
• Implement and oversee P&C; programs and processes
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment services for various teams




• Resolve complex employee relations issues
• Analyze and report on P&C; metrics and trends

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management
• Labor relations experience favored
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong passion for improving Employee Experience
