Schedule
24 to 39 hours per week.

The schedule for this position is not fixed. It changes week to week depending on catering events.

Education & Experience

A minimum of 2 years experience in catering or restaurants is required.

Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.

Job Description
Must be able to perform portering duties which include repetitive lifting of 40lbs. Will be responsible for setting up and tearing down banquet rooms.

Must have experience doing catering set ups with a flair for table presentation.

Must have great customer relations skills and be comfortable working in a fine dining setting.

Must be familiar with a variety of service styles.

Must have experience serving at banquets.

Will occasionally be needed to work at other catering locations.

Required to perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower as required

Must have demonstrated time management skills to meet strict schedule and timelines. Must be able to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Accurately complete daily reports and logs.





Must be able to complete food safety training..
