About this PositionWe are looking for an Operations Clerk to join our Records Department.This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the organization.Salary range: $37,000 - $39,000Responsibilities and QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and batch PFSL trades and maintenance documentsBatch and barcode Customer Inquiry PFSL folderUploads PFSL electronic emails to Content Manager accurately and efficiently, ensuring documents are properly indexed.Sort, label and batch Agent/ policy documents/LLQP answer sheetProcess and close ICS, Claims Fast Track and UPS mailPrepare daily and weekly reportsSupport departmental objectives in a high-volume document processing setting.Miscellaneous duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Completion of High School or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experiencePrevious batching or document processing experience is considered an assetStrong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills,
