About the Role Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team in Kimberley . This role supports attorneys in various aspects of legal practice, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient progression of legal matters for clients. The position is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing for a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, providing flexibility while maintaining close team interaction in Kimberley .
Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and contracts.
Organize and manage case files, evidence, and discovery materials.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.




Maintain calendars and track deadlines for case progression.
Requirements Completion of a recognized paralegal certificate or diploma.
3+ years of experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and principles.
Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
