Engagement in our Complex Auto and Traumatic Psychological Injury programs allows you to deliver comprehensive assessments and treatments. Using evidence-based care, you will guide clients recovering from cognitive and physical impairments, and develop personalized intervention strategies for both in-home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat clients with mental stress and physical impairments
• Perform cognitive rehabilitation and ergonomic assessments




• Conduct in-vivo exposure therapy and coping strategies
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to clients
• Document and report treatment outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Valid registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Reliable vehicle for client visits up to 1-1.5 hours radius
• Commitment to client care and ongoing professional growth
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with auto sector legislation is a plus
