Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto is seeking Casual Call-Takers to receive 9-1-1 calls and dispatch emergency and nonemergency medical services. You will provide pre-arrival and post-dispatch instructions and coordinate with EMS, police, fire, hospitals, and Ornge.
Ideal candidates are 18+, have a secondary school diploma, solid computer and data-entry skills, and can think clearly under pressure while maintaining professional communication.
