Drive healthcare integration as the Regional Lead for Central Intake and eReferral at Health Sciences North. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration across Northeastern Ontario's healthcare services.

In this temporary position, you will facilitate the adoption of central intake models among healthcare providers, develop workflows for clinical pathways, and support onboarding to the Wait Time Information System (WTIS). Your expertise in managing change and enhancing patient care will be critical as you work with various stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate adoption of eReferral platforms with health service providers
• Develop workflows for diagnostic imaging and surgical domains
• Conduct readiness assessments for onboarding providers




• Create monthly progress reports and identify project barriers
• Engage stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in healthcare
• Robust knowledge of change management principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license for travel across Northeastern Ontario
