Joining us as a Supply Chain Manager means applying your solid leadership, strategic mindset, and business acumen to make a meaningful impact on our operations.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading all sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and shipping activities to ensure a reliable supply chain, optimize costs, and support the company's growth objectives. You will play a key role in supplier development, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
On a daily basis, you will: Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing relationships with North American and international suppliers.
Oversee purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations in support of production requirements.
Coordinatesupplier qualification and regulated supplier or component changes with Quality& Regulatory and Engineering.
Owninbound and outbound logistics,



customer shipping, transportation, customs,brokerage, and freight management.
Managecarriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logisticsproviders.
Ensure import, export, customs,and shipping documentation requirements are met.
Maintain sufficient knowledgeof Canadian, U.S., European, and other applicable shipping requirements tosupport Hazloc’s markets
Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Travelwithin North America and internationally as required, typically approximately5–10%.
