As a temporary Program Leader in Abbotsford, you will lead the Back on Track program tailored for youth ages 12–17 facing personal and academic challenges. This hands-on role demands expertise in building rapport with youth, facilitating small-group workshops, and providing individualized coaching. Your contribution will be vital in helping participants connect to education and community resources, ensuring a supportive transition back to school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusting relationships using trauma-informed approaches
• Provide one-on-one coaching and goal-setting support




• Facilitate engaging workshops based on youth needs
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
• Support program evaluation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Experience working directly with youth
• Solid relationship-building and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain
• Satisfactory references and Criminal Record check
