As a leader, you’ll assign tasks to load builders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain seamless communication with sales and drivers. Your organizational skills will help you maximize efficiency and enhance order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize deliveries and schedule order builds effectively
• Delegate tasks to Load Builders and ensure accurate loading
• Perform quality checks on each outgoing load




• Troubleshoot product substitutions and track shipments
• Communicate shipping details clearly with all stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven coordination and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience operating forklifts or yard equipment is a plus
