Business Development Manager – Construction Demolition
Location: Barrie, ON

Type: Paid per project and after first few projects will hire on full time

Overview

A top demolition contractor is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our project pipeline across Barrie and Central Ontario.

What You’ll Do

Hunt and secure commercial, industrial, and institutional demolition opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and property managers.
Collaborate with the estimating team to review project scopes and submit winning bids.

What You Bring

2+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, demolition, or civil contracting.
An established network of GCs and developers in Ontario is a major plus.




Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license for local client and site visits.
