About Our Client Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.
About the Opportunity Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L; and balance sheet reporting.
Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop management reporting and analytical tools.
Support process improvements, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.
About You Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
CPA designation in progress is preferred.
2–5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
Experience within a financial institution or financial services environment is a solid asset.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
ERP/financial systems experience is an asset.
