Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site winter road and remediation construction activities
• Promote WSP's safety culture and Life-Saving Rules
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and daily operations

• Monitor project progress, costs, and productivity
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of construction supervision experience
• Experience in ice road construction
• Strong understanding of construction logistics and planning
• Proven safety program management
• Willingness to travel extensively in remote locations
