As an HR Specialist at the FMB, you will develop Human Resources support plans and provide practical guidance to First Nations. Your role will involve building relationships, performance management, and delivering training on HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with First Nations clients
• Support implementation of Financial Administration Laws
• Develop Human Resources support plans tailored to clients
• Deliver training on HR practices and performance management
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum five years HR experience; leadership experience preferred
• Robust understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Experience with Indigenous organizations is an asset
You will play a pivotal role in assisting First Nations communities achieve their financial and human resource objectives.
