Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own the P&L; and the book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will lead a diverse team delivering ERP/SaaS implementations, shaping the delivery model to meet client needs and maintain healthy margins.
You will drive customer outcomes, partner with Sales on scoping and pricing, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale delivery. This is a fully remote, Canada-based leadership role.
