This temporary full time position in the Transformation & Continuous Improvement Department seeks a skilled leader. Your role will focus on guiding interprofessional teams in implementing quality improvement projects aligned with Lakeridge Health's strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in operational excellence and communication to produce measurable outcomes that transform healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach teams in developing improvement plans
• Monitor and implement quality improvement projects
• Provide resources and training for project management




• Coordinate education and mentorship in improvement methodologies
• Act as a quality improvement expert and resource

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Lean Green Belt or equivalent certificate required
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proven leadership and organizational skills required
• Experience in a multisite healthcare organization
