We are open to strong Senior Financial Analysts, Senior Accountants or Assistant Managers who have the technical foundation and leadership capability to take the next step in their career.The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role within the Canadian finance organization and lead an established transactional accounting team.Providing oversight of month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, accruals and related accounting activitiesSupporting accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and internal control requirementsLeading, coaching and developing an established Accounts Receivable teamSupporting working capital management and resolving more complex customer/accounting issuesPartnering with business leaders throughout the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processWorking cross-functionally with Finance and operational stakeholdersSupporting external audit and internal control activitiesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes,
