Become an EarlyON Worker with NEOFACS in Timmins. This casual role focuses on community programming for children and families, delivered both in-person and virtually.

In this position, you will implement programs for infants, children, youths, and families. Your role requires an Early Childhood Education or Child and Youth Worker diploma. You will utilize excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills to promote services to the general public.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging community-based programs for various age groups
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual programming sessions
• Promote agency services to families and caregivers
• Understand and support early childhood development needs
• Maintain effective communication with participants and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Early Childhood or Child and Youth Worker diploma
• Solid understanding of child development and parenting
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid G2 license required; G Class preferred
