The TCDSB is seeking an Occasional Parenting and Family Literacy Facilitator to work within its Parenting & Family Literacy Centre. The role requires facilitating educational programs, collaborating with staff, and engaging parents in their child's learning. You will provide a welcoming space that supports the early learning needs of families by linking them to community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the literacy centre
• Facilitate parenting education for home/school partnerships




• Encourage parental engagement in program activities
• Collaborate with staff to deliver quality play-based programs
• Maintain a protected and inclusive environment for families

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma with at least 2 years related education
• Minimum 2 years experience with young children
• Knowledge in family literacy and early education
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Lead family literacy initiatives and support educational growth for children at TCDSB.
