As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of Northbound Contractors Ltd. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operations and establish office routines
• Schedule, confirm appointments, and manage contracts
• Answer telephone calls and relay important messages
• Type,



proofread, and file documents accurately
• Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain the database

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Client-focused with strong time management skills
