Your Role As a Food Counter Attendant, you’re the friendly face guests meet first.
You’ll take orders, serve great food, and help create a fast, welcoming experience.

Duties & Responsibilities Guest Service & Cash Handling: Take orders and process payments using the POS system
Greet guests and answer menu questions
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile
Food Service Support: Assist teammates with preparing and serving food and drinks
Help keep service running smoothly during busy periods
Cleanliness & Operations: Restock fridges, cupboards, and workstations; Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready dining areas; Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness; Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Teamwork: Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment; Jump in where needed to keep shifts running smoothly
