Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial reviews of case documentation for appeals
• Update case files and manage communication with parties
• Process dormant appeals to prepare files for hearings
• Maintain “hearing ready” case files accurately
• Draft closing notices for abandoned appeals as needed
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a large caseload with attention to detail
