Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate services for patients from admission to discharge
• Record and report on patient conditions effectively




• Maintain safety standards in a therapeutic environment
• Support various care protocols and mandatory training

Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Basic Life Support certification including Oxygen Therapy
• Experience with concurrent disorders and group facilitation preferred
• Proven understanding of psychiatric nursing practices
• Solid analytical skills and results-oriented work ethic
