At Nu-Fab, a leader in engineered wood products, we seek a reliable Labourer committed to quality craftsmanship. You will work under a Team Leader, following instructions and assembling trusses per pre-engineered drawings. Prior experience in truss building is a plus, but we are ready to train positive, willing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Team Leader for workstation setup
• Assemble trusses according to company guidelines
• Inspect materials and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements:
• Preferred experience as a truss builder
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn recent skills and processes
