The Lot Coordinator is a temporary leadership role focused on overseeing daily operations of the Christmas Tree Lot Fundraiser. This includes managing finances, coordinating logistics, and supervising volunteers while maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Strong leadership and physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and volunteer staff
• Manage site finances and inventory tracking




• Set up and dismantle tree lot as needed
• Provide customer service and product information
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements:
• Experience in management or supervisory roles
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Valid BC driver’s license and clean abstract
• Basic tool handling knowledge
• Successful Criminal Record Check
