Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest services to shoppers daily
• Ensure compliance with property standards and regulations
• Maintain knowledge of mall events and activities
• Assist with incoming inquiries and dispatch security when needed
• Record updates on special events and promotions
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid/CPR Level C
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
