I&T; Service Delivery The I&T; Service Delivery Co-Op student will join the I&T; Service Delivery team in their oversight of fundamental ITIL Service Management (ITSM) Processes such as Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management as well as their journey to encourage development and automation to improve our user experience. As a member of this team, you will gain exposure to these IT functions from a process and governance perspective.
Major Responsibilities: Support ITSM team in fundamental IT Processes (Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge)
Support Change management activities under the guidance of the ITSM team, including reviewing change requests, preparing CAB materials, documenting outcomes, and assisting with post-implementation reviews
Observe and participate in MI activities to understand incident coordination, communication decision making and service restoration efforts
Participate in Problem root cause analysis investigations and resolution to learn how root causes and permanent fixes are identified to resolve underlying issues in the IT workplace and to prevent future disruptions
Update and create knowledge articles to enable end-user self-serve and support IT teams
Review and respond to IT Surveys, gaining insight into user experience and satisfaction
Audit Incident and Service Request records for quality and identify opportunities for improvement
Create and maintain dashboards providing insight into ITSM performance
Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements for workflows and processes within ServiceNow
Work with all IT Teams to identify areas where process automation would improve our user experience
Education Required: Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Information Technology related program (from 1st year to 4th year)
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Qualifications & Experience: Familiar with C# .Net and jQuery
Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Office, Teams and SharePoint
Awareness or experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies considered a strong asset
Quick to learn new technologies on your own and aren’t intimidated by new technologies
Customer service skills and the ability to communicate in person, over video conference, chat, and email
Ability to clearly document and update tasks & procedures
Competencies: Works safely and follows established safety practices
Communicates clearly, listens effectively, and is open to feedback
Acts with integrity and takes accountability for their actions
Uses good judgement, asks questions when needed, and learns from experience

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
