About the Role
Stoney Nakoda Child & Family Services is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in MÎnÎ ThnÎ, AB.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet clients and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
Prepare correspondence, letters, reports, and other documents.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and arrange courier services.
Provide administrative support as required.
Assist with photocopying, record keeping, and document management.
Maintain front desk security and visitor screening procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is considered an asset.
Administrative training and/or office experience preferred.
Strong computer and office administration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Stoney language and culture is an asset.
Reliable,
professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Conditions of Employment
Successful Criminal Record Check.
Child Intervention Check.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Ability to sign and maintain a strict confidentiality agreement.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
7 hours per day/ 35 hours a week
