Alberta Health Services in Grande Prairie is seeking a Dietitian I to join the Diabetes Clinic within Public Health. You will perform nutrition assessments, create individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to support diabetes care and diabetes in pregnancy programs.
In this role you will deliver nutrition education, provide staff training, and help ensure high-quality, evidence-informed care across programs, facilities and community settings.
