Bruyère Health Village in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a part‑time Community Program Worker for Assisted Living Services to support high‑risk seniors in the Adult Day Program and in the tenant living areas.

Reporting to the Manager, Assisted & Enhanced Living Program, you’ll assist with daily living tasks, medication cueing, and organizing activities, while collaborating with a bilingual team to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care in a community setting.
