Strides Toronto is seeking a part time Weekend Manager to supervise staff in the CREST Live-In Treatment program. You'll provide guidance to Child and Youth Care Practitioners and ensure quality care aligned with accredited standards. Collaborating closely with other managers, you will maintain a high-performing environment while providing essential support and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support live-in treatment team members
• Collaborate with Day Treatment Managers for program efficiency
• Monitor employee performance and provide training feedback
• Ensure staffing meets program and licensing requirements
• Complete all administrative duties accurately and timely
Requirements:
• Child and Youth Diploma or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of Child and Youth work experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Specialized experience with hard-to-serve youth
• Knowledge of inclusion and anti-racism perspectives
