This full time position focuses on empowering at-risk youth through the Your Job Story initiative. You will manage program development, provide job coaching, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Strong leadership skills are essential as you support program staff and engage with community partners in the Ottawa area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program development and facilitation
• Lead and guide program staff effectively
• Support at-risk youth in goal setting
• Coordinate partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Knowledge of Employment Services in Ottawa
• Experience working with at-risk youth
