As a Building Technician reporting to the Facilities Manager, your expertise is vital to our service delivery. This role involves hands-on maintenance, managing Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules, and coordinating third-party contractors. You'll solve complex challenges and play a key part in the operational success of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules effectively
• Resolve service requests via the CMMS ticketing system




• Coordinate work of third-party vendors and contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety compliance

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in building maintenance with HVAC experience
• Technical diploma in Building Systems or related field
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
