In this permanent, full time position, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining reliable project schedules, conducting performance analyses, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Your experience in project planning will ensure alignment and adherence to contractual requirements. A hybrid working model of three days on-site and two remote gives you flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules following internal standards
• Regularly update schedules with accurate progress data
• Collect and validate all progress data from project teams
• Analyze schedule deviations and identify associated risks
• Prepare planning reports and key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Higher education in engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project planning within industrial environments
• Proficiency in planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of deadlines
• Bilingual in French and English required
