Key Responsibilities:
• Plan age-appropriate programs to support children's development
• Foster problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Maintain open communication with staff and parents
• Follow YMCA policies and guidelines diligently
• Participate in team-teaching and supervision activities
Requirements:
• ECE diploma or CECE recognized equivalency preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in child care
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C” certification
• Valid work permit in Canada
• Police Record check within last six months
