Fresh Prep Foods Inc in Calgary is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the Kitchen Production Team in a high-volume CFIA-registered facility, producing Ready-to-Eat meals, sauces, soups, and add-ons.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role drives training, process improvements, and ensures compliance with CFIA, HACCP and GMP standards while coordinating with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and HR to maintain quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
