Duties: Reporting to the DTS Service Manager, the Technical Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure services, including servers, networks, cloud services, and databases.

The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of assigned infrastructure services, resolving issues, implementing changes, and helping services meet established service levels.

Qualifications: Essential:

Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Extensive experience supporting infrastructure services such as servers, networks, cloud environments, or databases.

Experience applying information security principles and security controls to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.

Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting operating systems and infrastructure software.

Experience assessing, implementing, and managing system changes using established change management processes.

Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts, provide updates, and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation, procedures, reports, and correspondence in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships, collaborating effectively with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
