Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive efficiency and reliability in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize finishing and machining processes for better throughput
• Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery
• Document machine setpoint changes and operating dynamics
• Support special-purpose equipment and ensure compliance with standards
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5-7 years in high-speed automotive manufacturing
• Advanced CNC programming experience
• Familiarity with robotics (Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA)
• Robust blueprint-reading and measurement skills
