Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.




Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
Requirements Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with some supervisory or lead experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and motivate a team.
